John R. Drew Mai

John R. Drew, MAI, brings extensive experience in appraisal and marketing, currently serving as the Manager of Appraisal & Marketing at MassHousing since 2015. With a long tenure at the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency since August 1987 in the role of Appraisal & Marketing Officer, John has distinguished leadership experience, including a recent presidency at the Massachusetts Rhode Island & Maine Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in 2021. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, a BA in Government/International Studies with a focus on Spanish from the University of Notre Dame, and a foundational education from Natick High School.
