Maureen Carey

Maureen Carey has substantial experience in property management, currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at MassHousing since March 2020, after previously holding the position of Asset Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Property Manager at CMJ Management, Actionvest Management Corp, and The Boston Land Company, where responsibilities encompassed managing project-based Section 8 housing for the elderly and disabled, as well as overseeing mixed portfolios of condominiums and market-rate apartments. Earlier in their career, Maureen served as an Assistant Property Manager and an Administrative Assistant. Maureen holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Massasoit Community College, earned between 2007 and 2009.
