Ruma Harel

Ruma Harel is a Director of Operations with over 30 years of experience in global sourcing within the apparel and electronics industries. Ruma began their career coordinating the startup of a small manufacturing company in Los Angeles, which grew into a multi-million dollar corporation, and later played a key role in launching the first CDMA cellular phone at Qualcomm. Ruma has held significant positions, including Director of Supply Chain at Founder Sport Group and Purchasing Manager at Qualcomm, managing extensive procurement budgets and implementing efficient supply chain solutions. Ruma currently studies for a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of Phoenix.
