Joe O.

Joe O. is a Senior Menswear Designer at Massimo Dutti since August 2022, specializing in outerwear design. With a strong background in the fashion industry, Joe served as Head of Design at ISTO. from June 2020 to August 2022, focusing on product design and development. As the Co-Founder of The Level, Joe aimed to provide sustainable alternatives to fast fashion by curating vintage and pre-loved clothing. Previous roles include Head of Design and Head of Menswear at Minimum, where Joe aligned the menswear and womenswear collections and defined the menswear line’s tone. Joe also contributed as a Menswear Designer at Norse Projects and worked at H&M as an Assistant Designer. Early career experience includes a position as a Trainee Composite Textiles Technician at M. Wright & Sons. Joe holds a BA (Hons) in Fashion/Apparel Design from Nottingham Trent University.
