Rafael Mendez Gonzalez

Rafael Mendez Gonzalez has extensive experience in human resources and retail management, currently serving as the International Human Resources Manager at Massimo Dutti since 2009. In this role, Rafael oversees business unit development, employee training, inventory management, and compliance with corporate policies. Prior experience includes a position as 2do Encargado at Inditex Zara from 2006 to 2009, where responsibilities included stock coordination and team leadership. Rafael began a career in law as a junior lawyer at Bolinaga, Levy, Marquez & Canova, focusing on labor litigation and corporate consulting.
