Rachael Itani Peterson

Rachael Itani Peterson currently serves as a Customer Relations Coordinator for eCommerce at Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA since September 2014, where responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, managing orders and inventory, and enhancing online promotions. Prior to this role, Rachael completed an internship at the Western Tidewater Regional Jail Authority from May to August 2014. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from East Tennessee State University, earned in 2014.
