David Hallinan

David Hallinan is the current CTO at Massive Act. Prior to that, they were the Head of Marketing at Kloudless from April 2020 to February 2021. David took over the Marketing team at Kloudless and implemented a new organic growth marketing strategy to align with Kloudless' change in GTM strategy. David was able to increase website traffic by 120%+ and inbound leads by 65% in a 6-month period. David also managed the website team and led an effort to improve site structure and performance. As a result, site performance increased by 300% and the SERP ranking improved by 80%. David also collaborated closely with the Sales team to produce collateral and create landing pages that led to increases in qualified sales pipeline by 60% and sales close rate by 105%.

Before they were Head of Marketing, David was Head of Content at Kloudless from February 2019 to April 2020. As Head of Content, David managed and oversaw the content strategy for Kloudless. This included ownership of the Blog, thought leadership, speaking events, customer case studies, white papers, and webinars. David was also in charge of persona development and management. David ran a cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to understand the target customer. David launched a pillar content strategy with a focus on keyword + SEO research and optimization to maximize SERP ranking. As a result of their efforts, page views increased by 200%, time on page increased by 35

David Hallinan completed their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in American/United States Studies/Civilization.
