Matthieu Delisle is a seasoned game designer with extensive experience in the video game industry, currently serving as the Lead Game Systems Designer at Massive Entertainment - A Ubisoft Studio since June 2011. Matthieu has played a pivotal role in the development of Tom Clancy's The Division 2, leading the Game Systems team and managing significant feature implementations. Previously, Matthieu held the position of Senior Game Designer for Tom Clancy's The Division, where a number of diverse systems and features were designed and implemented, and also conceptualized the Survival DLC. Prior to joining Massive Entertainment, Matthieu worked at Ubisoft as a Game Content Manager from July 2007 to June 2011, where feedback and guidance were provided to AAA teams regarding design and content. Matthieu holds a Master's degree in Game Design and Project Management from Rubika, along with additional degrees in Computer Graphics and Communication Services.
