Robert Jansson has over a decade of work experience, starting in 2005 as an Ecommerce Specialist at Lärarnas Inköpscentral. Robert played a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and effective logistics coordination across three warehouses. From 2006 to 2010, they served as the Director of E-commerce, efficiently managing operations and optimizing logistics.

Since 2010, Robert has been working at Massive Entertainment - A Ubisoft Studio. Robert began as a Quality Assurance Specialist for Far Cry 3 Co-op, contributing to the success of the game through meticulous testing and bug refinement.

In 2013, they became the Game Lab Project Manager, where they led the recruitment of a diverse team of user research experts and established cutting-edge methodologies for game research.

From 2014 to 2020, Robert took on the role of User Research Manager, supporting console, PC, and mobile game development on large-scale brands and Uplay PC design and innovation with research and user testing.
