Rick Sakurai

Rick Sakurai is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience in creative direction and music production. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Creative Director at MassiveMusic since April 2017, Rick leads projects for renowned global brands in music, voice, and sound. Prior to this role, Rick held positions as Creative Director and Composer at Syn K.K. and owned Crayon Music Studio, where innovative advertising music compositions were created. Previous experiences include working as a Composer/Producer at JSM Music and taking on roles such as Producer and Music Director at Xtacy Xport and High End Agency, respectively. Rick holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Contemporary Writing and Production from Berklee College of Music.
