David Cutter

David Cutter has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David currently serves as the President of HealthQuotes, LLC, a position they have held since January 2019. In addition, they are an Investor at Powder Watts since March 2022.

Previously, David was the President and Co-Founder of Massive+Company LLC, a data-centric digital marketing leader. David played a key role in developing and executing highly customized digital programs to drive customer acquisition. Before this, they worked at Morgan Stanley as the VP of Institutional FX Sales from March 2014 to October 2016. Prior to that, they were a VP of Corporate FX Sales at Citibank, where they contributed to the company from February 2006 to February 2014.

David's earlier experiences include working as an AVP of Treasury Sales at KBC Bank from August 2004 to February 2006, and as a Sales professional at C2 Capital from March 2000 to February 2002.

David Cutter obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they attended from 1994 to 1998. In 1997, they briefly studied at the Universidad de Chile's School of Economics. Prior to their university education, they completed their high school education at Wilson High School from 1990 to 1994.
