Veronika Nesheva

Veronika Nesheva has a wealth of experience in engineering and operations. Veronika began their career in 2011 as part of a research team at the University of Edinburgh, where they designed and built a prototype for a compressed air energy generation system. In 2012, they took on a Digital Design Engineer role at ARM, where they designed and implemented two functional blocks for a processor-interfacing project. The following year, they returned to ARM as a Digital Verification Engineer, where they wrote software to verify the functional requirements of two operational blocks. In 2014, Veronika joined BAE Systems as an Assistant Engineering Team Lead, where they co-led an engineering support team and was responsible for engineering solution design support, obsolescence and configuration management support, process improvements, and resource loading. In 2017, they became a Fellow at Entrepreneur First, where they were a member of EF9. Finally, in 2018, Veronika joined Massless as COO (Ops & Product) and COO (Ops & Hardware).

Veronika Nesheva completed an Other / CORe Credential of Readiness in Business from HBX | Harvard Business School in 2018. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Engineering with Honours Electronics and Electrical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh between 2009 and 2014.
