Nkosekhaya Mashiyane possesses extensive experience in operations and administration within the logistics and transport sectors, currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at Masslift Africa since January 2021, focusing on high service excellence in Aftermarket teams. Prior roles include Branch Manager and National Fleet Manager at Elite Truck Hire, as well as various managerial positions at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics from 2013 to 2019, where responsibilities encompassed financial management, operational efficiency, and people management. Nkosekhaya holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from MANCOSA, a Chartered Global Management Accounting certification from CIMA, and a Bachelor of Technology in Business Administration from Nelson Mandela University.
