Katie Winogrodzki

Katie Winogrodzki has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Katie is currently working as the Vice President of Business Integration at The Massman Companies, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they held a position at 3M, where they served as Director of Customer Operations for the Safety and Industrial Business Group in the United States and Canada. Katie also worked as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt for the Industrial and Safety Markets Center at 3M, where they determined growth and business process projects. Additionally, Katie Winogrodzki served as the US SAP Deployment Manager, leading a team in the successful deployment of sales onto SAP. Katie was also a Global Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager at 3M, where they developed and executed business strategies and marketing campaigns. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Integration Manager and Supervisor of Corporate Environmental Programs at 3M. Katie started their career as an Environmental Engineer.

Katie Winogrodzki earned a Bachelor's degree in Geological and Environmental Engineering with a concentration in Geochemistry from Michigan Technological University in 2000. Katie later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, completing their studies in 2014.
