Michael Ardito

Michael Ardito has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michael started their career in 1992 as a Commodity Manager at Onan Corporation. Michael then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Eaton Corporation in 1996. From 1997 to 2006, they served as a Mechanical Design & Test Engineer at Hewlett-Packard Company. In 2006, they joined Tennant Company and held various roles including Sr. Project Engineer/Supervisor, Engineering Manager, and Sr. Engineering Manager. In 2014, they moved to Milestone AV Technologies as the Director of Product Development, where they provided leadership and development to the product development team. In 2017, Milestone AV Technologies was acquired by Legrand, North America, and they continued their role as the Director of Product Development. Michael then became the Senior Director of Product Development at Legrand, North America in 2018. Most recently, they joined The Massman Companies in 2020 as the Vice President & General Manager.

Michael Ardito attended Stanford University from 1987 to 1992 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In 1996, they briefly studied Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the University of St. Thomas. Later, from 2004 to 2008, they pursued an MBA in Sustainable Business at Pinchot University.
