Robert Maersch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software engineering and network engineering. As the Owner of Heavy Metal Motors LLC since June 2015, Robert is involved in establishing a startup focused on high-performance, fuel-injected, computerized engines. Previously, Robert has served as a SharePoint Architect, Software Engineer, and Network Engineer at Massman Construction Co. since August 2010, where responsibilities included developing Web Parts and applications for SharePoint 2010 systems. Robert's career also includes a tenure as a SharePoint Developer/Designer at Pro-Staff and a role as a Simulation Analyst II at Cubic Applications Inc. from 2000 to 2009, where a world-class network for the National Simulation Center was designed and implemented. Robert's education comprises self-study in software engineering, various certifications in network security, and a diploma in Machine Tool Operation from Waukesha County Technical College.
