Dawn Spear

Dawn Spear is currently the Director of Experience & Engagement at MassMutual Federal Credit Union, where Dawn helps define and shape members' experience across all digital channels. Prior to this role, Dawn also held positions as the Branch Manager, Teller Supervisor, and Accounting Specialist at the same company, focusing on improving members' financial well-being through valued products and exceptional service. Dawn attended Commerce High School from 1983 to 1986.
