Lisa Asadourian is the President and CEO of MassMutual Federal Credit Union. Previously, Lisa founded and led the New Reach Lending Company, a Community Development Financial Institution Loan Fund, and served as the Chief Operating Officer of New Reach, Inc. Lisa also held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Engagement Officer at Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union and had experience in marketing and writing roles at various organizations. Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Entrepreneurship from Post University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from the University of Connecticut.
