Shane Dugan serves as the Chief Lending Officer at MassMutual Federal Credit Union since October 2024, following a significant tenure at Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union where Shane held multiple positions including Vice President of Commercial & Mortgage and AVP of Lending & Business Services from June 2019 to October 2024. During this time, Shane developed and implemented new risk management practices in commercial lending, assessed risks for various loan types, and spearheaded the launch of innovative lending products to align with strategic objectives. Shane's career at Nutmeg State Financial also included the role of AVP of Business Services and Branch Manager, contributing to operational efficiency and enhancing member experiences. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.
