Doug Russell

Douglas Russell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Head of MassMutual Ventures since July 2014, Douglas previously held significant roles at MassMutual Financial Group, including Senior Vice President in Strategy and Corporate Development and COO/CFO of the Retirement Income Division. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Prudential Financial, overseeing Client Services, and leadership positions at CIGNA, ING, and Aetna, where Douglas managed various aspects of corporate finance and market strategy. Douglas holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics from Brown University.
