Aly Chartoff

Aly Chartoff is an accomplished HR and communications leader with extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of HR Strategy at MassMutual since March 2018, Aly leads the HR Strategy & planning function, collaborating closely with various leadership teams to enhance human capital and employee experience. Previously, at Liberty Mutual Insurance from January 2001 to December 2016, Aly held several senior positions, including SVP of Communication Services, where efforts focused on optimizing digital strategies and integrated marketing. Other notable roles included VP of Internal Communications, where restructuring improved operational efficiency, and AVP of HR Communications & Strategic Initiatives, where a specialized team was built for cross-functional projects. Aly's educational background includes an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
