Amy Dias

Amy Dias has extensive experience in human resources, having served in various leadership roles at MassMutual from January 2010 to February 2017. As Head of HR Consulting & Talent Management, Amy managed a team of 50, overseeing HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Workforce Analytics, and Employee Engagement. In the position of Vice President - HR Consulting, Amy led a team of 12 in support of senior executives and was instrumental in the integration of Metlife's MPCG business. Additionally, as Assistant Vice President - Chief of Staff, Amy was responsible for HR strategy and enterprise-wide communications. Prior experience includes an HR Generalist role at The Yankee Candle Company, where Amy collaborated closely with the Manufacturing, Engineering, and Planning departments. Amy holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
