Bruce Michaels possesses extensive experience in procurement and marketing operations, having held various positions in reputable organizations. Beginning as a Buyer at Phoenix Home Life from 1995 to 1998, Bruce transitioned to roles such as Sourcing Leader at GE Financial Assurance and Print Purchasing Consultant at MassMutual Financial Group, where responsibilities included procurement of print services and continuous improvement initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Operations at MassMutual, Bruce also has a background in aviation as a Flight Instructor with Northeast Helicopters and has completed degrees in Procurement Management and Liberal Arts, alongside a certification in flight instruction.
