Christina Reynolds

Christina Reynolds, PHR, MBA, is an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant at MassMutual since August 2019. Prior to this role, Christina served as the Manager of Development at Holyoke Medical Center from June 2018 to August 2019 and as the Staffing Services Manager at United Personnel between August 2016 and April 2018. Earlier, Christina held positions at Springfield Technical Community College, including Corporate Engagement Coordinator and Business Account Representative, from July 2012 to July 2016. Christina began her career as an Executive Recruiter at Creative Financial Staffing from August 2011 to June 2012. Christina holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Western New England University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross.
