Gail Garvey

Gail Garvey has extensive experience in human resources and risk management, currently serving as the Head of Benefits Design and Head of HR Risk & Compliance at MassMutual since April 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing the HR Risk & Compliance department and administering the Long Term Incentive Plan. Prior to this, Gail held the position of Assistant Vice President at MassMutual from July 1996 to June 2007, focusing on Benefits Compliance and Project Management. Earlier career roles include Benefits Consultant and Senior Accountant, with foundational experience gained as an Auditor at Grant Thornton LLP. Gail holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University and a Master's in Business Administration from Western New England University.
