Jennifer E. Lynn

Jennifer E. Lynn is the Head of Financial Controllership at MassMutual, a position they have held since 2020. They previously served in various roles at MassMutual, including AVP of Capital Management and VP of Business Unit Controllership. Prior to joining MassMutual, Jennifer worked at Global Atlantic as VP of Finance Initiatives and held several positions at John Hancock Financial. Jennifer began their career at Ernst & Young, where they were a Senior Manager. They earned a BBA in Accounting and a Master’s in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
