Jodi Culbertson

Jodi Culbertson is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in coaching, program development, and recruitment. Currently serving as Talent Management Lead at MassMutual since February 2016, Jodi specializes in counseling early career program members, managing internship programs, and aligning candidates with suitable roles. Prior to this role, Jodi was an Internship Development Officer at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, where responsibilities included building relationships with colleges and implementing recruiting strategies.
