Lindsay Folsom

Lindsay Folsom, MBA, has over 17 years of experience in insurance operations at MassMutual, currently serving as the Senior Insurance Operations Director since November 2006. In this role, Lindsay leads a team of service center professionals dedicated to managing in-force life insurance policies while fostering talent development to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve service quality goals. Prior positions at MassMutual include Insurance Operations Director, Call Center Director for Annuities, and Relationship Manager, all contributing to exceptional customer experiences and team collaboration. Earlier experience includes a Sales & Marketing Coordinator role at Atlas Van Lines/Roger Sitterly & Son. Lindsay holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a BBA in Marketing from St. Bonaventure University.
