Mary Blair

Mary Blair, MBA, PHR, TBME, SIM-RLF, serves as the Head of HR & Employee Experience Technology and the Head of Business Technology at MassMutual since May 2015. Prior to this role, Mary held key positions at Court Square Group as COO and at ForeSite Technologies, Inc. as Vice President. A significant tenure at VCI Solutions saw Mary take on various roles including Senior Consultant and Vice President Operations. Early career experiences include staff accountant roles at American Oil Change Corporation and K&M Electronics, Inc. Mary holds an MBA in Business and a BSBA in Accounting, both from Western New England University.
