Melanie R. Fialho

Melanie R. Fialho is an experienced professional currently serving as Program Manager for Strategic Planning & Delivery at MassMutual since December 2007, where roles have also included Integration Manager and Project Manager, focusing on various projects related to Robotics, Automation, Regulations, Sustainability, and Mergers and Acquisitions. In addition to this, Melanie is the President and Owner of Fazenda LLC, a property-management company established in 2004. Previous roles include Strategic Consultant at BeneClick!, Business Consultant at Worksite Insurance, and LTD/IDI Claim Consultant at Disability Management Services, Inc. Additionally, Melanie held the position of Assistant Technical Designer and Petite Fit Model at Retail Brand Alliance from 2001 to 2004. Melanie’s academic accomplishments include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, a Graduate Leadership Certificate, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business with a concentration in Economics and Commerce and a minor in Spanish, all obtained from Western New England University and UMass Amherst.
