Renée Peoples

Renée Peoples is an experienced program manager and consultant with a robust background in enterprise cybersecurity, operational excellence, and compliance across various financial institutions. Currently serving as a Program Manager for Enterprise Cyber Security at MassMutual since March 2021, Renée has previously held key roles at Bank of America, TIAA, and other organizations, focusing on program management and strategic initiatives. Noteworthy accomplishments include establishing a BAU Process Excellence team at Bank of America and managing significant cybersecurity programs and compliance initiatives involving user identity and access management. As the President and Managing Partner of Peoples Management Corporation from 2004 to 2020, Renée provided consulting services in project and program management. Renée's educational background includes a degree from the College of Charleston.
