Ritesh Poddar

Ritesh Poddar currently serves as the Head of Investment Data Strategy and Governance at MassMutual, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Ritesh worked at Brown Brothers Harriman from June 2017 to January 2024, where roles included Business Resiliency Strategy Executive, overseeing the technology strategy and resiliency of BBH’s Infomediary® Data Solutions, and Product Executive/SVP, responsible for product roadmaps and strategies for Investment Data and Infomediary products. Ritesh's experience also includes serving as a Senior Vice President/AD Group Manager at Citigroup from July 2010 to June 2017, focusing on client delivery applications and trade processing, and as Technology Director at JPMorgan Chase from February 2008 to July 2010, leading a global program for securities lending systems. Ritesh began the career at Citi, holding the position of Vice President in application development for Funds Services Reporting from June 2001 to February 2008. Education credentials include an MBA in Finance from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics.
