Susan Cicco

Susan Cicco is currently the Head of Human Resources and Strategic Communications at MassMutual. Prior to their current role, Susan served as the Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff to the Chairman & CEO, and Head of Strategic Communications from October 2014 to February 2017. From August 2012 to October 2014, they were the Vice President and Chief of Staff to the Chairman, President & CEO. Susan has been with MassMutual since August 2009 and has held the title of Vice President, Strategic Communications since August 2009. In this role, Susan is responsible for leading a team of professionals responsible for managing and delivering all internal communications for the 6,000-employee Fortune 100 company. Susan also provides advice and counsel to senior executives on thought leadership strategy as well as enterprise messaging, coordination and timing. Susan has developed strategic communication plans supporting change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, compensation and benefits changes and lean transformation. Susan has also created business and financial result communications for internal and external audiences, including quarterly financial updates, annual dividend announcement and enterprise annual report.

Susan Cicco earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Actuarial Mathematics from Bryant University.
