Uday Bolusani

Uday Bolusani currently serves as the Head of Investment Operations & Accounting Ecosystem at MassMutual, a position held since February 2025, overseeing the strategy and management of a multi-year portfolio focused on enhancing the investment operations and accounting framework. Prior to this role, Uday worked at Fidelity Investments for nearly nine years in various leadership positions, including Vice President of Global Middle Office and Vice President of Global Product & Clearing Services, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of complex products, managed accounts services, and operational innovations. Uday also contributed to SIFMA as an AMG Operations Executive Committee Member and led Derivative Operations Strategy & Middle Office at Aegon Asset Management, alongside significant experience in trade support at Morgan Stanley. Uday holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from Champlain College.
