Marita McGinn

Marita McGinn is a seasoned professional in the startup ecosystem, currently serving as the Director of the MassRobotics Accelerator since September 2023. Previously, Marita held positions such as Vice President of Startup Banking at Silicon Valley Bank and Vice President of Sales & Strategy at Floodlight. At Techstars, Marita managed accelerator programs for both the New York Barclays and Air Force Accelerators, ultimately overseeing logistics and mentor connections for early-stage startups. Marita also excelled as an Account Executive at Indiegogo, surpassing fundraising goals and generating significant revenue. Early career achievements include managing the Startup of the Year Program at Tech.Co and coordinating marketing initiatives at Pro Sports Experience, LLC. Marita holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Entrepreneurship from DePaul University.
