Daniel Dubelman

Daniel Dubelman is a partner at Massumi + Consoli LLP since June 2019, with prior experience as a partner at Sutton, Pakfar & Courtney LLP from August 2012 to May 2019 and as an associate at Latham & Watkins from October 2008 to August 2012. Daniel has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in a diverse array of public and private entity acquisitions and dispositions, as well as issuers and underwriters in equity and debt transactions. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law (2005-2008) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from UCLA (2001-2005).
