Prior to this, Rishard held the position of Warehouse Manager at SM Jaleel & Company Ltd in 2015 and Carib Brewery Ltd from 2008 to 2014. Rishard's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Heriot-Watt University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management Studies with Honors from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. Additionally, Rishard obtained a Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply in 2007.
