Christina Cuervo

Ms. Cuervo serves as Executive Director of Development and Acquisitions. In this capacity, she is actively involved in the due diligence, entitlement, design, and development of the Firm’s development and value-add projects. Ms. Cuervo also leads the firms’ special projects, community relations, and governmental matters.

Prior to joining Mast Capital, Ms. Cuervo was Chief Operating Officer at The Development Group of Florida where she was responsible for the entitlement, design, and development of marquee condominium projects including Icon Brickell, One Ocean, and Marea. Prior to The Development Group, she served as Assistant City Manager to the City of Miami Beach where she oversaw several development agencies, planning and cultural departments. Previously, she was also an Assistant City Manager for the City of Miami where she was responsible for overseeing and coordinating real estate development and regulatory functions, financial divisions, and administrative departments for the City.

Ms. Cuervo received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a double major in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.
