Liane Vera

Liane Vera, CPA, currently serves as Assistant Controller at Mast Capital since November 2021, having previously held the position of Senior Accountant within the same company. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Accountant at Carlyle Aviation Partners from May 2021 to October 2021, and multiple positions at PwC, including Senior Associate Auditor and Audit Associate from September 2017 to May 2021, as well as Audit Intern in the summer of 2015. Additionally, Liane Vera worked as a Staff Accountant at Optima CPA Solutions, LLC from December 2016 to September 2017, and was an Audit Intern at BDO Puerto Rico, P.S.C. in early 2015. Liane Vera holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, earned in 2016.
