Codi Mast holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Otterbein University and has a diverse background in marketing, communications, and organizational growth. They began their career with internships in communication at Marburn Academy and Ohio Regional Training Center, and progressively took on roles like Promotions Coordinator at Otterbein PRSSA and Marketing Coordinator at Advanced Practice Marketing. Most recently, Codi serves as the Director of People & Organizational Growth at Mast Trucking, Inc., where they focus on talent development and employee engagement to drive company success.
