Alan Belisario

Alan Belisario has extensive work experience in the field of information security. Alan started their career as an Analyst of Quality at Atento Venezuela S.A in 2001 and later worked as a Supervisor Telefonico at Datos in 2006. Alan then joined Models of the World as a Junior Developer in 2007. In 2008, they became a Senior Associate at pwc Venezuela, specializing in information security, auditing, and technology consulting. Alan worked there until 2011. Alan then joined Anthem, Inc. in 2012, where they held two roles. First, they worked as an IT Auditor, participating in various information technology engagements. Later, they became a Security Analyst, responsible for vendor security risk management and developing executive level metrics. In 2016, Alan joined MasTec as a Lead Information Security Engineer, responsible for enterprise security solutions and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.

Alan Belisario obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Nueva Esparta between 2004 and 2009. Alan also has additional certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2014, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council Academy in 2013, and ITIL V3 Foundation from APM Group.
