Barry J. Batson

Barry J. Batson has a wealth of experience in the energy industry, having worked for several notable companies. Barry J. began their career at Duke Power Company in 1982, where they served as an Industrial Market Manager, providing technical sales support and managing marketing advertising. In 1997, they joined DukeSolutions as a Business Development Manager for their Energy Service Company subsidiary. During their time there, they were responsible for developing and implementing a strategic industrial marketing and sales plan. In 2002, Batson transitioned to MasTec, where they held various roles. Barry J. started as a Business Development Manager, attracting and retaining customers in MasTec's Energy Group. Barry J. then became Vice President of Operations, overseeing the P&L operations in several southeastern states with over 500 employees. Finally, they served as Vice President of Business Development, responsible for attracting and maintaining utility customers for the Energy Group. Throughout their career, Batson has demonstrated a strong ability to generate revenue and manage various functional departments.
