Stephany Goyla

Stephany Goyla is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in benefits and payroll management. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at MasTec since May 2019, Stephany oversees health and retirement benefits for the organization and acts as a liaison between over 80 company entities and benefit providers. Prior to this role, Stephany held positions at BDO USA, LLP as a Senior Finance Manager and Experienced Assurance Manager, leading international teams on regulatory filings and corporate engagements. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assurance Supervisor at BDO Dutch Caribbean, where multi-language skills facilitated work with multinational companies. Stephany earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of the Netherlands Antilles.
