Akiksha Mishra has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Lead Recruiter at Mastech Digital since October 2020, after progressing from the roles of Senior Recruiter and Recruiter within the same company. Prior to Mastech Digital, Akiksha worked as a Technical Recruiter at TALENT Software Services for a brief period in 2020 and held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Net2Source Inc. from July 2018 to March 2020, where the company experienced significant growth as a global workforce solutions provider. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at The DataFlow Group from 2017 to July 2018. Akiksha holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Jamia Millia Islamia, obtained between 2017 and 2019, and a bachelor's degree from Zakir Husain Delhi College, earned from 2014 to 2017.
