Neha Nigam

Neha Nigam has been a key contributor at Mastech Digital since June 2014, progressing through roles from Executive to Lead Executive in the Talent Acquisition Group, overseeing the full cycle recruiting process and implementing employment marketing strategies for various business units. Prior to Mastech Digital, Neha held positions in HR at BSL Placement Private Limited and Signature Staff Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included sourcing and interviewing candidates for prominent clients, managing relationships with hiring managers, and conducting screening processes. An internship at Unicon Investment Solutions provided foundational HR experience, including recruiting processes and employee onboarding. Neha holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from Amity University, completed in 2013.
