Charles Thompson

Charles Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Charles currently holds the position of Global Onshore Delivery Lead at Mastech InfoTrellis, where they are responsible for delivering solutions and services to client accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and promoting account growth. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Principal at the same company.

Before joining Mastech InfoTrellis, Charles served as an Executive Consultant at ITechCAN Ltd for nearly nine years. Charles also held various positions at Bell Canada, including Director of Bell IT, BI, and Customer Information Delivery, Director of BST, and Director of BST Corporate Systems and SuperexCITE! Delivery.

Charles started their career as an Avoincs Engineer Apprentice at BWIA West Indies Airways.

Charles Thompson graduated from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Computer Science.
