Peter Amaro Jr.

Peter Amaro Jr. has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Peter began in 1991 as the COO of Construction Catering, Inc., where they later became the General Manager and stayed until 2000. In 1994, they founded Master ConcessionAir / World Wide Concessions and currently serves as the Principal Chief Executive Officer. Peter also co-founded Sundays on the Bay in 1996, where they acted as a Partner and COO until 2001. In 2006, they became a Partner and COO at Master Restaurant Developers, where they stayed until 2009.

Peter Amaro Jr. attended the University of Florida from 1986 to 1990. During this period, they pursued a field of study in Engineering. However, no specific degree name was provided.
