Master Drilling Group Limited is an investment holding company. The Company offers specialized drilling services to blue chip, major and mid-tier companies in the mining, civil engineering, building construction and hydro energy sectors, across various commodities. It operates in four geographical areas: Africa, Latin America, Other Countries and South Africa. It includes two operational sub-groups: South African operations and international. The South African operations are managed from Fochville through three subsidiary companies: Master Drilling South Africa (the raisebore business), Master Drilling Exploration (the slim drilling business) and Drilling Technical Services (responsible for the engineering support for its raisebore and slim drilling businesses in South Africa and abroad). The international raisebore operations include entities in Latin America, Africa and Europe. The Chilean, Peruvian, Brazilian and Mexican entities maintain operational and engineering facilities.
