Pamela Berkovitz

Pamela Berkovitz has over 25 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Pamela currently serves as the Human Resource Director at Master Fleet LLC, where they support teams across Wisconsin by streamlining and developing best practices in areas such as benefits administration, talent management, and employee development. Prior to that, they worked at Kelly Services as an Area Manager and a Sr. Enterprise District Manager, where they were responsible for overall client relationships, account management, and strategic growth. Pamela also held leadership roles at SEEK Careers/Staffing and STL Staffing, where they provided direction, coaching, and operations management to branch offices and teams. Pamela began their career as a Recruiter/Manager at Temporary Solutions, Inc., where they oversaw daily operations and client development. Overall, Pamela's work experience demonstrates a strong background in HR, operations management, and leadership.

Pamela Berkovitz, SHRM-CP, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Lakeland University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Business Administration and Marketing with a minor in Economics from the same university between 2003 and 2005. Pamela also holds an Associates degree in Marketing Communications from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, which they completed from 1992 to 1994.

In addition to their educational background, Pamela has received certifications in various areas. Pamela obtained a Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in July 2023. Pamela also achieved the SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM in the same month and year. Furthermore, they hold a Team Performance Certificate from The Predictive Index, obtained in August 2022.
