Alexander Cairns

Alexander Cairns is an experienced business development professional specializing in account management and sales within the 3D technology sector. Currently serving as the 3D Business Development Manager at MasterGraphics since January 2025, Alexander previously held the position of Adaptive3D Account Manager at Adaptive 3D Technologies, LLC, from October 2018 to January 2025, where responsibilities included managing relationships with key customers and driving sales initiatives.
